1. What kind of clothing do you sell?
We sell pre-owned, gently-used clothing for men, women, and children. All items are carefully inspected to ensure quality, cleanliness, and wearability.
2. Are the clothes clean and in good condition?
Yes! Every item is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before being listed. We only sell items that are in excellent or gently-used condition — no rips, stains, or heavy wear. And from a non-smoking environment
3. How do I know the size will fit me?
We include detailed measurements in each product description. Please compare these measurements to a similar item you own to ensure the best fit.
4. Are your items authentic?
Absolutely. We verify the authenticity of branded and designer items before listing them. If you’re unsure about a particular listing, feel free to contact us for more details.
5. Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is significantly not as described. . Please be sure to check size, condition notes and photos to ensure you will be happy with your purchase. If we agree that the product has been grossly misrepresented, we can offer a refund or exchange within seven days. Sale or discounted items are non-returnable, with no refund or exchange unless faulty. Non-vintage, non-sale, unworn items can be returned for refund only when received within 7 days of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE : All return items must be unworn and unwashed with tags in place. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied. In this case, we will also not be responsible for the cost of returning it to the customer.
