Once your order is placed and confirmed via email, it will be processed as soon as possible. Please note that no changes can be made after the confirmation email is sent.

Orders are typically prepared within 1–4 business days after payment is received, after which they are handed over to your selected shipping carrier.

* **Sizing** is based on measurements listed in our size chart and may differ from the original garment label.

* We **recommend washing or dry cleaning** all second-hand items before wearing them.

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days to the original payment method (bank account or debit card).

• For bank transfers, the funds typically appear in your account within 1–2 business days.
• For card payments, the refund may take 3–4 business days to appear, depending on your bank. 

Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must have its original label.
• The item must not be damaged.
• The product’s condition must be essentially unchanged.
• The item must be securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping.
• You must include either the original purchase document or the packing list from your shipment.

Return Shipping Costs
Please note that the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.

   • Oohpod: Oohpod is another option for collecting parcels at local stores. 
   • Parcel Lockers: Some companies offer parcel lockers for collection at specific locations.
